Give us your perspective and view the materials produced by Guam Behavioral Health & Wellness Center – Prevention & Training Branch (PEACE Office).
Work with our team to learn how to create and design prevention promotion material, create actual prevention material which may be displayed or used by the PEACE Office.
Preparation

• Reach out to GBHWC’s PEACE Office at (671) 477-9083 or staff@peaceguam.org
• Research various ways important messages reach teens
• Learn about some of Guam's social issues and the resources on Guam

Action

•  Complete the Registration Form.
• Schedule an interview date and time with PEACE staff.
• Share your perspective and views of GBHWC-PEACE material with PEACE staff.
• Research what topic you’d like to create your prevention promotion material(s) on. (ie. 8 Dimensions of Wellness, mental health, substance use prevention)
• Create and design the prevention promotion material(s) on Canva with the resources and information you’ve found and would like your audience to be aware about. Be sure to include citations if necessary, as well as pertinent information on the topic. (5Ws – who, what, when, where, why). (ie. Brochure on Healthy Ac tivities You Can Do to Prevent Substance Use)
• Schedule a time/day to present the material(s) to GBHWC-PEACE staff.
