I/We hereby grant permission for photographs, videos, and/or digital images of the student participating in service learning projects and related activities to be taken and used by the organization/school for educational, promotional, informational, and non-commercial purposes, including websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, and printed materials.

I/We understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of such images, and that reasonable efforts will be made to use the images respectfully and appropriately.

Participation in photographs or videos is voluntary and may be declined at any time by notifying the organization/school in writing.
